Hi-Tech International Marketing hereby warrants all of our products for a period of five (5) years to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship performed by Hi-Tech, but does not include warranties on specific components used within this product line.

Certain individual components are warranted by the supplier for their own products and such products are covered by a separate warranty. This includes hinges, hardware, latches, locks, windows and so forth.

Hi-Tech does not warrant components warranted by the supplier. Excluded from this five year warranty are seals and sealants, doors and windows, electrical which are warranted for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase for the original purchaser. On component parts the warranty must be filed with the respective component manufacturer for their warranty claims. Reasonable notification and time must be allowed for performance of all warranty repairs. Any service charges, towing charges, or transportation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be paid by Hi-Tech. Loss to time inconvenience, loss of use, rental of substitute equipment, loss of revenues or other commercial loss is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is void if the product has been abused, overloaded, neglected, misused, altered or made to perform beyond the normal use for which the product was intended. Hi-Tech reserves the right for final determination whether or not the product has been misused or abused by the initial purchaser.
